Spring Sessions:
For young athletes that have been exposed to volleyball and would like to discover more about the game and move to a comp
Our main focus of the program is to give the opportunity for players to learn volleyball fundamentals from a young age in a fun environment and provide the chance to improve quickly to a competitive level. We focus on teaching the right biomechanics for setting, passing, serving, hitting and blocking. Everything is translated to game situations in every session.
